- Hint: Depending on the organization, the vision is passed on by the business or sponsor of the project, once the vision is communicated, the Product Owner (PO) will wait on the management to provide the team to execute the project and PO will fully attain his role afterwards. Except the role of staffing is put on the PO also.
- I tend to spend so much time at work to forget my daughters dance class, I am getting better at this with constantly setting important personal alarm to my company calendar reminder, so I can have a balance work life balance.
- As a product Owner, I intend to advance to senior management to become a manager in 3 years and senior manager in 5 years as an experienced product manager, in the long term I see myself becoming a Director or VP in the field also.

- I once recommended a team to be split because the QA and the BA never got along, once I realized it was impacting the project delivery, I request the 2 be split to different team. This worked magic for the deliverable time.

- I made recommendation on the way the feed at the backend of the product to behave for a product catalog, the current one was not pulling data right from the direct website and I recommended commission junction platform for the pull of the product, commission junction is a 3rd party site to pull catalog and give commission also.
I have strong focus on the following:

- Key Result Areas (KRA)/ Key Performance Indicator (KPI) are what is determined to make sure we succeed. Such as customer satisfaction survey, analytic traffic to show positive result, better user experience etc.

- This is the agreed upon end result all parties expect to have. This will be agreed upon by all parties.
- These are generally baseline starting points and should be customized for a team’s specific product and environment.
- This are terms agreed by the team on how to operate. Such as communication agreement, no lateness to meetings, respect everyone’s opinion etc.
- Scrum team is the project team, typically 7- 9 members and the membership can comprise of the Product owner, scrum master and the team ( Tech lead/ Lead Developers/Lead Programmer, QA Lead, Business analyst, Engineer, User Experience (UX/UI), Front end developers, QA, Developer/Programmer
